Measurement method
These reagents follow the colorimetric method, in which the reaction produces a distinctive range of colors varying from yellow to green to blue.
How to use
Add a drop of chlorine remover to the sample to avoid interferences.
Add 1 mL of the alkalinity reagent to the sample to start the reaction.
The HI775 will determine the alkalinity concentration from the color generated.
Results
Measurement will be displayed in ppm CaCO3
Designed for samples with an expected range of 0 to 500 ppm CaCO3.
