ABSTRACT
The Milwaukee Digital Inverted Sugar Refractometer is temperature compensated with a MASS range of 0 to 85% and an accuracy of +/- 0.2 percent. It is easy to use with simple two-button operation and fast with a response time of less than 2 seconds. In seconds, the instrument measures the refractive index of the sample and converts it into concentration units of % by weight. Maintenance is also very simple with an easy-to-clean sealed flint glass prism and a stainless steel well.
