BRIX MA871 REFRACTOMETER
The MA871 is an optical instrument that uses the refractive index to determine the Brix% level of sugar in aqueous solutions. The method is simple and fast. Samples are measured after zero calibration with deionized or distilled water. In a matter of seconds, the instrument measures the refractive index of the sample and converts it to % of Brix concentration units.
