The Mextech MC-7821 digital moisture meter allows accurate and fast measurement of moisture content and temperature in grains such as rice, corn and wheat. It is ideal for use in storage, procurement, processing and quality control processes in food, packaged grains and animal feed.

Mode of use:
Inserting batteries:
Insert 4 AA 1.5V batteries in the rear compartment respecting the indicated polarity.
Turning on the device:
Press the power button to turn on the device. Wait a few seconds until the display stabilizes.
Probe connection:
Connect the probe to the instrument connector, making sure that it is firmly tightened.
Measurement:
Insert the probe directly into the grain or feed to be measured. Make sure the sample is well compacted to obtain an accurate reading.
Result reading:
The display will show the current moisture content and temperature of the sample.
Grain change (if applicable):
Select the corresponding grain type using the selection button, in case the model allows it.
Switching off the instrument:
When the measurement is finished, switch off the instrument to conserve the life of the batteries.
