The DSE5110 is an Automatic Start Control Module designed to automatically start and stop diesel engines and gas generator sets that include non-electronic engines. The module also provides excellent engine control and protection
features. The module has the ability to monitor low speed, excessive speed, load failure, emergency stop, low oil pressure, high temperature engine, failure to start, non-stop and loss of signal speed detection. The DSE5120 also functions as an Automatic Network Fault Control Module and includes all the features of the DSE5110 plus the ability to monitor a network supply (utility). Upon detection of a mains fault (utility) the module automatically starts the generator set. Once the mains power has been restored instructs the generator set to stop.
